Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in appointment setting or sales development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with US-based prospects is preferred.
• Availability to work full-time on Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to move only relevant prospects forward.
• Book appointments for the sales team to focus on pitching and closing.
• Maintain consistent outreach to support US market entry.
• Hand off qualified prospects with clear notes for the sales team.
• Follow up to keep the pipeline active and calendars full.
• Explain value of audio visual and managed IT services at an intro level.
