Qualifications

• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying consumers before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gain the consumer’s attention quickly and deliver clear openings.
• Ask required qualification questions and handle objections.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments and record notes and dispositions.
• Complete warm and live transfers to a sales representative and meet performance targets.
