Uptalent.io is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to build an always-ready pipeline, engage passive and active candidates with empathy, and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline hiring. You will own end-to-end recruitment and help scale the HR function.

This remote role focuses on LATAM markets, maps talent sources, designs efficient workflows, tracks KPIs, and mentors a recruitment team as we scale. Fluent English is required to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years in full-cycle recruitment (agency, B2B, or high-growth startup).
• Proven ability to build proactive pipelines across ≥3 disciplines.
• Experience delivering fast candidate slates and high offer-acceptance rates.

Responsabilidades

• Create & manage pipelines across disciplines.
• Engage candidates with empathetic communication and high-volume screening.
• Design and optimize workflows for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers; track KPIs.
