The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates through to placement.

You'll work closely with the recruitment team lead and clients, leveraging Ashby and AI tools to move quickly and accurately. In six months, you’ll run multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight, hit shortlist targets, and actively improve how the team uses AI day to day to speed

Formación

• 2–4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools as part of your actual workflow — this is a necessity, not a bonus.
• Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and spreadsheet-based tracking.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa.

• Flag process gaps or bottlenecks and propose fixes rather than waiting to be told.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of active client roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates through to placement. You'll work closely with the recruitment team lead and directly with clients, using our internal tools (Ashby, the Cost & Salary Calculator, AI-sourcing tools) to move quickly and accurately. In 6 months, success looks like running multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight, consistently hitting shortlist turnaround targets, and actively improving how the team uses AI day to day.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) as part of your actual workflow — this is a necessity, not a bonus
• Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and spreadsheet-based tracking
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment independently, sourcing through offer
• High ownership — takes a project from zero to one without needing to be told each step
• Startup-native — thrives with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats
• Quick on their feet — solves problems in the moment instead of escalating everything
• Proactive communicator — flags blockers early, chases candidates and clients without being chased themselves
• Coachable — takes feedback and keeps raising the bar on their own work

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for startup / tech / remote-first companies
• Experience recruiting across LatAm or South African markets
• Exposure to EOR (Employer of Record) hiring concepts
