Viva Talent is seeking a Talent Partner to recruit and build a better candidate experience across Latin America for roles supporting startups in the U.S. and Canada. You’ll run screening, interviews, and communications, while crafting processes that feel clear, warm, and efficient for candidates.

We value curiosity about AI, automation, and a proactive mindset to redesign workflows and touchpoints. This is a fully remote, growth-focused role with strong emphasis on experience and impact.

Formación

• 1+ years in a people-facing role shaping candidate or employee experience.
• Proactive improver who asks how to make things better.
• Strong communicator with English (C1+).
• Curious about AI and automation to improve workflows.
• Creative thinker who turns ideas into improvements.
• Fast, resourceful, detail-oriented in high-volume environments.
• Tech-fluent with Notion, Google Workspace, ATS and AI tools.
• Long-term fit with 2+ years in recent roles.

Responsabilidades

• Run recruiting stages: screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage communication, maintain pipeline.
• Champion the candidate experience: keep candidates informed, respected, valued throughout the process.
• Improve every touchpoint: emails, interviews, instructions, surveys, resources; think creatively.
• Turn data into action: use feedback to spot friction and bottlenecks.
• Build smarter workflows: use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Bring your point of view: question processes and own improvements.
