Mercor’s Talent Success team is hiring to ensure a delightful end-to-end experience for users on our platform, from applying to job listings and AI-led interviews to offers and payroll. This remote role requires substantial overlap with Pacific Time (PT/PST) and is open only to Latin America residents.

You will triage bug reports, debug across the AI + SaaS stack, and document runbooks to reduce repeats while communicating with empathy and precision.

Formación

• Ability to debug web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end: reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and separate UX friction, model edge cases, and system defects.
