Qualifications

• Experience in academic advising, admissions, consultative sales, or business management.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Ability to listen, understand needs, and close enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise individuals about LT Tech programs.
• Identify goals and match suitable programs.
• Explain content, methodology, certifications, memberships, and payment options.
• Manage enrollment from initial contact to completion.
• Address concerns and support prospective students throughout enrollment.
• Record interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
