DHL Group seeks a proactive Expert SLS AFR to support AFR quotes workflow from Bogotá. You will review requests, ensure data clarity, and generate timely quotes while tracking status and performance reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business.
• At least 1 year of logistics experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good English communication (spoken and written).
• Customer service and strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Receive quote requests.
• Review that customer information is clear and complete to start the process; contact for clarification if needed.
• Follow up the quote status and provide the quote to customer within 2 hours of initial request.
• Receive new rate requests by email and enter information into the system.
• Generate a Weekly AFR performance report based on KPI analysis and Hit Rate.
• Generate a Monthly AFR status and performance report based on quotes status, highlights and priorities.
• Find improvements and efficiencies and discuss open topics and issues.
