Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Colombia is seeking a Specialist to support AFR quotes and validate performance reports. You will manage quote requests, verify data completeness, and input rate information into our systems.

You will generate weekly and monthly AFR reports, monitor KPI trends, and identify process improvements while collaborating with the team to optimize operations. Proficiency in Excel and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or International Business.
At least 1 year in logistics process.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong English communication (verbal & written).
Customer service, teamwork and autonomy.

Responsibilities

Receive quote request.
Ensure customer information is clear; request clarifications by email if needed.
Follow up quote status and provide quote within 2 hours of initial request.
Receive new rate requests by email and enter data into the system.
Generate Weekly and Monthly AFR performance reports based on KPIs.
Identify improvements and discuss issues.
