Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and collaborate with development teams to implement robust WMS solutions.
You will map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, and lead comprehensive end-to-end testing to validate complex supply chain scenarios before UAT.
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT enterprise application experience
- 6-8 years specialist experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements; translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs
- Lead Technical Integration: map/ evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS
- Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing
- Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture
