Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and drive technical integrations across ERP and TMS ecosystems.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations, leading testing efforts and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong SQL querying and system integration standards experience.
• Experience in Agile delivery and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements, translating needs into epics and user stories for dev teams.
• Lead technical integration, mapping REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
