Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role you will own backlog and requirements, translating needs into epics and stories for development teams.

You will map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems, and lead end-to-end flow testing to validate complex supply chain scenarios before UAT.

Formación

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, incl. 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
Experience in end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsabilidades

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as SOE for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
