Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own the backlog, translate needs into epics and stories, and act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.

You will lead integration efforts, evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end testing to validate complex supply chain scenarios before UAT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active.
• WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration, and Agile delivery.
• End-to-end flow testing, root-cause triage, and stakeholder bridging.
• BS in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for development teams.
• Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing and UAT validation.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
