Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
You will own backlog, drive integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end flow testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
- Provide System Expertise: act as expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
