Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog items, translate operational needs into epics and user stories, and guide integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.

With 10+ years in IT enterprise applications and deep WMS experience, you will drive end-to-end testing, provide system expertise, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience with system integration standards and SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and configurations.
