Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and collaborate with development for robust WMS configurations.

You will map API and data interfaces with ERP/TMS, run comprehensive flow tests, and act as the SME on Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities and architecture. A CSPE/Manhattan cert is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL queries, and integration standards.
• Experience with end-to-end flow testing and issue triage.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration across REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP and TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
