Job summary
Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
You will own backlog, lead API/EDI integrations, and drive end-to-end testing, applying Agile delivery and strong domain knowledge to optimize our enterprise software footprint for our 225,000+
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
