Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, optimizing enterprise software footprint.
Responsibilities include owning the backlog, leading technical integration with ERP and TMS, and driving end-to-end flow testing while acting as SME on WMS
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
- Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
