Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own the backlog, elicit operational needs, and translate them into epics and stories for the development teams.

You will map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end flow testing to ensure robust supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications (CSPO or Manhattan) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
