GREYSTAR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support bringing vacant units to leasing readiness.

The role involves completing work orders and preventative maintenance, coordinating vendors, and maintaining documentation. Applicants should hold EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required; golf-cart operation on property may be needed.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as applicable to service technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure property standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Access materials from maintenance department, track usage, and notify supervisor for re-orders.

Conocimientos

EPA certifications Type 1/II or 1/II/3

Valid driver’s license

OSHA safety training
