Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work that ensures the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.

Essential responsibilities include completing work orders from resident requests, executing the make-ready process, maintaining inventory, documenting work, and keeping common areas in good repair.

Formación

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property (if applicable).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Completes work orders from resident service requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Executes the make-ready process to prep vacant apartments and manage inspections.
• Tracks inventory, procures materials, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Completes documentation for service requests and maintains accurate records.
• Maintains grounds, amenities, and common areas through cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
