Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building interiors and exteriors meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory tracking, and documentation. It requires EPA certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Formación

• Maintenance and repair work on property per SOPs.
• Ability to complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Follows safety and code requirements.
• Documentation and paperwork accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Makes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, coordinates vendors.
• Manages materials and inventory and notifies supervisor when reordering.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Inspect contractors' work for quality.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety concerns.
• Responds to evening/weekend/holiday call shifts.
