Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property facilities meet safety, appearance, and functionality standards. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and assist in make-ready processes for vacant units.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, inventory management, and upkeep of grounds and amenities, with some after-hours and travel as needed.

Formación

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes repairs per policy, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Follows make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and documenting tasks.
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage and reorders as needed.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Contributes to cost-cutting by fixing parts rather than replacing them when feasible.
