Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, performing the make-ready process for vacant units, managing materials and inventory, and maintaining thorough documentation. Flexible work hours and safety compliance are required.

Formación

• Essential responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing the source of defects and repairing as per safety standards and codes.
• Make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, vendor coordination, supplies, and final checks.
• Follow procedures to access materials and manage inventory, returning unused items and notifying when re-ordering is needed.
• Maintain documentation for service requests to ensure accurate tracking.
• Assist in grounds and amenities upkeep and support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing where possible.

• Makes ready for new move-ins and conducts pre-move-out inspections.
• Tracks inventory, obtains supplies, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
