Greystar, a global real estate leader, seeks a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and performing preventative maintenance.

You will manage make-readies for vacant units, track materials, document work, and support cost-saving by repairing parts when feasible.

Formación

• EPA Type 1, II, or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property.
• Must meet State and Local jurisdiction certifications as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Prepares vacant units via make-ready process and punch lists.
• Manages materials from inventory and notifies when re-ordering.
• Documents service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintains grounds and amenities including cleaning and painting.
• Assists cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing them.
