Greystar in Colombia seeks a maintenance technician to service inside and external buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose resident requests, coordinate make-ready, and uphold Greystar standards; prior maintenance experience and tool proficiency are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; related training preferred.
• Experience in property management maintenance or building maintenance.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; safe use of tools required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose defects from resident service requests and perform repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Oversee the "make-ready" process for vacant units, lead pre-move-out inspections, and coordinate vendors and supplies.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by team members to ensure adherence to policies and quality.
• Assist Community Manager in budgeting for repairs and capital projects; support cost-control measures.
