Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee and perform tasks ensuring the community meets standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage routine upkeep across common areas, grounds, and buildings.

You will also coordinate make-ready for vacant units, create punch lists, schedule vendors, order supplies, and help maintain safety procedures and compliance with policy.

Formación

• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the community.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and supplies.
• Inspect work and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-control.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Lead safety practices, MSDS compliance, and OSHA-related requirements.
