Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, and the make-ready process for new residents.

Responsibilities include inventory management, documentation, general cleaning, and minor repairs. The candidate must have EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license; some properties may require travel or flexibility to work evenings or

Formación

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification is required.
• All state/local certifications required by jurisdiction.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Performs make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing; completes inspections and punch lists.
• Follows procedures to access materials from maintenance; tracks inventory and notifies re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation to properly track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas and amenities; performs cleaning, painting, and debris removal as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing parts when possible and proper tool usage.

Educación

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal Refrigerant Certification

State and Local certifications as required
