Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in a full-time capacity. You will own backlog, define requirements, and coordinate API/EDI integrations with ERP and TMS ecosystems.

You’ll bring 10+ years in IT with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and Agile delivery, plus a CS/IT degree. Certified professionals are preferred. Location: Mexico; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications; 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and API integration standards.
• Experience in end-to-end testing, root-cause analysis, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
