Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlogs, translate needs into epics for development teams, and guide integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, deep Manhattan Scale/Active experience, strong SQL and API skills, and a CSPO or Manhattan cert. Join a global leader focused on secure storage and digital transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
