Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan Scale and Active WMS solutions.

You’ll own the backlog, collaborate across ERP/TMS integrations, and contribute to end-to-end testing and system architecture with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with Manhattan Scale/Active specialization
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
