Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities to optimize supply chain execution.

The role requires 10+ years in IT, 6-8 years in Manhattan platforms, and strong integration and Agile delivery skills. Location is Mexico with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configurations, SQL, and system integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate API and data interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
