Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics, and collaborate with development teams to deliver WMS enhancements.

You will map REST/SOAP APIs and interfaces with ERP/TMS, drive end-to-end testing, and act as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, requirements, and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end testing: design and execute lifecycle testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide system expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
