Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will work with Manhattan Scale and Active WMS platforms, own backlog, and coordinate with ERP/TMS interfaces, ensuring robust end-to-end testing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and system integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs for development.
• Lead technical integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end testing; validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities and architecture.
