Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own backlog, translate needs into epics, and collaborate with development teams.

You will map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, drive end-to-end testing, and act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, 6–8 years with Manhattan platforms, strong SQL, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
