Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will own the backlog, lead API and data integration efforts, and design comprehensive end-to-end tests to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
