Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
You will own the backlog, define epics and user stories, lead API and data interface integration with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end flow testing to validate critical supply chain
Qualifications
- Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
- Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
- Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
