Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development to translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS to optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint. You will own backlog, write epics and user stories, and oversee API integrations with ERP and TMS,
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
