AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will develop reliable platform services, manage AWS and Kubernetes resources, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure.

Experience with distributed architecture and AI-native tooling is valued. This role emphasizes ownership, clear communication with stakeholders, and driving infrastructure improvements across the product

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• < 1 year of experience with API design (REST/gRPC) familiarization.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including service mesh technologies such as Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code/Claude Cowork or similar.
• Excellent communication, quick learning, and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries with security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
