AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure supporting rapid company growth. You’ll work with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure, focusing on cloud resources and service boundaries.

The role emphasizes distributed architecture, AI-native tooling, and collaboration with senior leaders to drive project success and operational excellence.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of AWS and Kubernetes experience including service mesh tech (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 1+ year building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support growth.
• Monitor and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks and improve infra.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries; ensure security and reliability.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development workflows.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
