Zimmer Biomet invites an IT Technician to join our global technology team in Bogotá. The role provides end-user IT support, maintains assets, and helps enforce security policies with minimal supervision. The position is on-site five days per week and may involve after-hours support when required.

You will document issues and resolutions, assist IT colleagues, and contribute to standardized processes and safe, reliable IT operations across the organization.

Formación

• Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training and/or certification and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical IT certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct customer support for Zimmer IT assets.
• Execute and help define IT processes and standards.
• Enforce global and local security policies.
• Fully document IT support issues and their resolution to improve team efficiency in meeting customer needs.
• Assist other IT staff with various IT projects, as needed.
