Auxis Bogotá seeks an entry-level IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end-users, keep desktop systems running, and help Seniors DT troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

You will set up workstations, respond to tickets, and deliver strong customer service while developing skills in OS installation, patch management, and incident handling.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, clear communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining reliable IT services.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other MDM.
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Respond to support requests from end-users via ticket, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop issues, including OS and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop workstations and related equipment.
• Assist with system updates, patch management, and software installations.
• Maintain an organized record of support tickets and elevate issues as necessary.
• Comply and adhere to Auxis operational processes and security policies.
• Use of Auxis Service management tools for Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management.
• Use of Auxis monitoring and management tools for the devices and infrastructure applications.
• Attend all operational and project (ad-hoc) related scheduled meetings as required
