Sutherland Global in Bogotá is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will provide exceptional technical support for IoT devices and web applications, build product expertise, and deliver delightful customer experiences.

This full-time onsite role requires advanced English, collaboration with product and engineering teams, and strong troubleshooting abilities in Windows and Linux environments.

Formación

• Advanced English level, both verbal and written (B2 or higher)
• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Technology or equivalent experience in technical support
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic knowledge of IoT and hardware devices
• Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce or ServiceNow

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional technical support for IoT devices and web applications
• Build product expertise and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Collaborate with product, program, marketing and engineering teams
• Communicate complex information in a clear and simplified manner
• Act as customer voice and define innovative solutions
• Use support tools like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, ServiceNow
