OneTouch Direct, LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst for a 100% on-site role in Bogotá, Colombia (Conecta 80). The successful candidate will provide tier-1 IT support, troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, manage ticket queues, and log and follow up on cases.

English fluency at B2 level is mandatory, along with a technical degree or current IT student. The position requires full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with morning shifts ending by 5:30 PM and two rotating

• B2 English level mandatory.
• Technical degree or current IT/CS student.
• Minimum 6 months in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tier-1 IT technical support.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software incidents.
• Manage ticketing queues, log details, and follow up on cases.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance in English.
