Formación

• 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems, applications, and digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work on-site in Barranquilla.
