Resolv Global in Barranquilla, Colombia, is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will support customers across channels with a focus on inbound voice interactions, resolving questions and issues on first contact when possible.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, stays calm in challenging situations, and contributes to process improvements. This is an on-site, independent contract role with weekly pay.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a positive, personalized customer experience across multiple channels.
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and web-based chat.
• Help customers with account-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Review customer applications and documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate with customers and third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Work toward first-contact resolution by understanding customer needs and identifying solutions.
