Job summary

Evolution Development Colombia S.A.S is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles and desk-based positions. You will identify top talent, consult with hiring managers, and coordinate interviews, medicals, and onboarding communications to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Strong English communication and knowledge of Colombia labor market are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Passion for talent attraction and recruitment.
• Experience in administrative positions (HR admin, legal, compliance, design) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume and entry-level roles and desk-based positions.
• Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for high-volume roles.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews based on position requirements.
• Send interview invitations and schedule candidates per interview slots.
• Arrange medical exams and follow up on results.
• Identify best channels and activities for talent acquisition.
• Track recruitment metrics to drive improvement and hire quality.
• Monitor department budgets based on vendor invoices.
• Track KPIs and implement hiring best practices.
• Report new hires to payroll and HR Admin teams; ensure HR files meet requirements.
• Prepare onboarding communications for new employees.
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems.
• Provide guidance to Junior TA Specialist.

Job responsabilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume and entry-level roles, as well as desk-based positions
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market through active massive sourcing
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs specially for high-volume hiring
• Review candidates resumes and conduct interviews according to the position requirements
• Generate interview invitations and schedule candidates based on the previously established interview slots
• Arrange medical exam appointments and follow up on the results
• Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes
• Track and use key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment decisions and quality of hires
• Monitor the departments budget based on vendor invoices
• Track closely the KPIs and find the best practices for improvement on the Talent Acquisition team
• Report new hires to the payroll and HR Admin teams and ensure employee files meet the HR requirements
• Prepare onboarding communications and welcome messages for new employees
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems
• Provide guidance and support to the Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist when required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high-volume recruiting (At least 3 years of experience)
• Passion for high-volume talent attraction and recruitment
• Previous exposure to or minimal experience in administrative positions (e.g., HR administration, legal, compliance, design).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organization skills
• Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia
• Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers
• Achievement-oriented attitude
