Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Recruitment Lead to own end-to-end delivery for external clients in Medellín. You will manage an individual portfolio from intake to placement, combining hands-on execution with client partnership and operational ownership.

You will translate client hiring needs into search strategies, identify and engage qualified talent, and ensure timely, high-quality placements while helping to build scalable recruitment operations for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for external clients.
• Proven ability to lead multiple client searches across functions and geographies.
• Strong client relationship management and delivery mindset.
• Experience with staffing agencies, executive search or RPO environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field preferred.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for external clients and manage an individual portfolio.
• Translate client needs into effective search strategies and engage qualified talent.
• Deliver candidates that align with client objectives and timelines.
