Clio is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a legal background to support growth across Central America and the Caribbean. The role blends legal knowledge with sales, business development, and LegalTech within a global leader in AI-powered legal technology.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified or recent law graduate with a genuine interest in sales, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree or recent law graduate with professional experience.
• Genuine interest in sales, business development, and commercial activities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads using sources, tools, and legal databases.
• Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with the ICP.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems.
• Follow up on opportunities to develop the sales pipeline.
