We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a background in Law to join our Sales team and support the development of business opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or recently graduated legal professional who is interested in developing their career in sales, business development, and LegalTech, within a global leader in legal technology and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads using a variety of sources, digital tools, and legal industry databases.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities aligned with our ideal customer profile.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for qualified leads in collaboration with the Account Executive team.
• Manage and keep prospect information up to date in prospecting and CRM tools.
• Conduct consistent follow-up on opportunities to support the development of the sales pipeline.
• Build positive and professional relationships with potential customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to contribute to business growth across the region.

Requirements

• Law degree or recent Law graduate, with professional experience (required).
• Genuine interest in sales, business development, and commercial activities.
• Previous experience as a BDR or SDR (preferred, but not required).
• Interest in the LegalTech industry and the application of artificial intelligence in the legal field.
• Advanced proficiency with internet-based and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities in an organized manner.
• Experience with legal research or legal information platforms (preferred).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

• Competitive and equitable salary
• Employees are entitled up to 6 administrative leave days per year for personal arrangements with valid documentation.

• Eligible employees may request a one-time, non-salary allowance of COP 550,000 to improve their home desk/ergonomic chair.
• Eligible employees receive a non-salary telework allowance of COP 130,000 per month.
